Are you an urban monk?

Do you recognize yourself in this description? Is it time to join your people?

Many of us are city buddhas or city MONKS. I like the term "URBAN MONK", so let me address you as such.

We are monks because we focus on the inner world, spirituality, and self-leadership.

City- because we have jobs, lead busy lives, raise families, and build all sorts of relationships.

We exist in 2 worlds, and between the worlds.

We are many things, not one or the other. We are multiples.

We are urban monks because we have 2 main avenues of exploration: the inner world and the outer world.

We are working parents with demanding jobs. We love to work and we love our families, no matter how challenging relationships can become at times.

We are many things, not just one.

We want to figure out the most sustainable ways to live in the TWO worlds. For us, sustainability in energy is important so we thrive to go to the SOURCE. Direct Access. Direct Knowing.

We learn to be present, relax, and perform at the best level of our abilities. We keep growing, making bigger goals. We want to be real and learn more about our realness.

We want to embody and embrace our realness.

We are people who love the challenge of learning and the opportunities that come with setting up big life and work goals.

At the same time, we are treasuring the importance of inner peace, connection, and alignment within: which is to be connected to your mind, body, and spirit, taking care of your human system in its wholeness.

It brings me back to why I speak with you.

Life is about exploring.

As our birthright, we were gifted with inner technologies which help us to venture into the world beyond the surface, the world unseen.

These exploring technologies are hidden and encoded within our nervous system, our physiologies, and our emotional, energetic, mental, and spiritual systems.

We are explorers equipped for the task.

We all explore differently, and what one explores, the others benefit from.

Some of us look up at space and see signs of mother ships.

Some of us look into the intricacies of a leaf and see an interactive universe of patterns and meanings.

Some of us look into the nervous system of an individual and collective and see technologies to unpack for our continuous evolution and healing.

We all are explorers.

Some of us look into the eyes of children and unpack technologies and methods to unload intergenerational trauma.

We are explorers.

Some of us see visions and channel from super consciousness.

Some of us touch immense peace from the source and channel forgiveness for oneself, one another and for many.

As one learns what one wants to explore, we all learn.

Learning and exploring never happen in isolation or constrained to one individual.

By its nature it belongs to everyone, and becomes available to everyone.

In this sense, we all are watchers of each other's explorations and beneficiaries of each other’s learning.

As we open ourselves to benefit from these inner technologies which may be invisible and barely perceivable for us at this point, we need to accept one important thing.

It is to understand that these technologies exist within and what it is like t possess them, understand them and harness their power for our use and our benefit.

So we can grow further. Together. The soul of the world is anchored on the explorations of many.
